450 | The Network of International Business Schools (NIBS) is a group of Business Schools from around the world which believe that the internationalization of business and the globalization of the economy are essential elements in the evolution of managerial practices. On the 14 and 15th of May in 2008, the 13th NIBS congress took place in Leuven, Belgium, discussing some solutions for the challenges in this managerial field.

Elena Cavagnaro, professor of service studies at Stenden University of Applied Sciences, was invited by the host organization (KHLeuven) to deliver a key note speech together with Rudy Dhont, Peter Tom Jones and Nigel Roome.
